Let’s have a look at the dictionary:

rev-o-lu-tion:

  • The overthrow of one government and its replacement with another.
  • A sudden or momentous change in a situation

rev-o-lu-tion-ary:Â

  • of, pertaining to, characterized by, or of the nature of a revolution, or a sudden, complete, or marked change.
  • radically new or innovative; outside or beyond established procedure, principles, etc.

If you work in innovation, you have to advocate or actively engage a revolution and be a revolutionary.

Everything else is a failure in your mission. (And the root cause of disbanding)
Why do I blog this? Sort of short sad post today.
