This post is sort of a joke.

The iPhone finally hit the store and all the people waiting on the line for the last few days have been able to get their so long awaited toy.

I have gone around the net trying to find first impressions on the products and, not surprisingly, among the enthusiast there are are lot of people that had problems. Activation issues, devices Dead On Arrival and so on. Some of them went through technical support from AT&T and Apple to solve their issue and is some cases it was a nightmare. (Look here)

Well, dear Steve, welcome to the mobile operator and handset manufacturer world. If you were thinking that the personal computer market was tough just wait for a couple of weeks and look at what the mobile telephony market could be.

Best of luck to your support guys. I understand how they feel.
